Do I have to meet special requirements for a traineeship?
Very good to excellent academic performance, suitable major subjects, familiarity with modern IT systems, sound theoretical and practical knowledge gained as a student, a solid knowledge of English, flexibility, motivation,
ability to work in a team – these are the requirements for a successful application.
Can Bachelor students complete a traineeship with you?
Bachelor students are more than welcome to apply to us.
Which areas of study are particularly in demand at GEA Bischoff?
In general, GEA Bischoff is looking for students of civil engineering and economics/business studies. More detailed information about the areas of study / major subjects is available from Thomas Middelkamp.
In which areas can I complete a traineeship?
Technicians can help us in the fields of research and development or engineering. By contrast, business administration students are employed in nearly all the usual areas such as accounting, controlling, HR, sales, purchasing or project management. However, this list is by no means complete. It is best to contact us directly and we can discuss the details with you.
Is there a minimum duration for a traineeship?
No.
Are the traineeships remunerated?
Remuneration for a traineeship is currently € 500 a month.
Do you provide support in looking for accommodation?
In so far as possible, we will help you to find accommodation.
Does GEA Bischoff also offer traineeships abroad?
Foreign traineeships are available to those who have already successfully completed a traineeship in the GEA Group in their home country.
How should I submit my application?
You can submit your application to us in writing (application file) or online.
Can I apply on my own initiative?
We are more than happy to receive applications submitted on the applicant’s own initiative.
